What a long strange road it's been.

Hard to believe that yet another year has come and gone. In this time, I've celebrated my one-year anniversery of working at Blockbuster, revealed that I have two fictional characters living at my house (which has expanded to nineteen regulars and one shape-changer who drops by as often as he can, barring his lousy sense of direction), attended my sister's wedding, and celebrated my own 21st birthday. As well as entering a few other fandoms and coming up with more story ideas than I can remember. And had to get my computer fixed. Twice. (Luckily, there was no lasting damage.)

And of course, there are the ongoing adventures of Vash and the Gung-Ho Guns, who have continued working towards New Eden. They've completed setting up and moved in, which is why things have been quiet lately. Vash himself still drops in on me every now and then, but the rest are mostly just trying to relax after several major battles over the course of the year: Vs. Palpatine and the Empire (parts 1 and 2) and the war against Unicron this past fall. And though there have been casulties on our side, none of them have been from our little group - not that death would keep them away for long, considering that all but seven of the Gung-Ho Guns were dead before they came back to life and joined the team in the first place. (They're still looking for a 21st member. Vash nominated me, but I'm not much of a fighter and had to decline official membership.)

Here's to a new year, which shall hopefully be a lot quieter and less insane than the last one!

(Of course, now that I've said that, you just know there'll be lots more craziness...)
