My name is Anon e Mouse Junior. Well, not really. But it's the name I've gone by for so long that I use it almost everywhere. Except for Yahoo. I had another name there and forgot all about it for a few years. When I rediscovered my account, I opted to stick with what I had. But I digress.
In the past, I've read a few of these online journals, and finally decided to get my own. The purpose of this blog is to give me a place where I can finally share parts of my life with the world. My thoughts, my feelings, my philosophy, and my sanity (or lack thereof). Gaining insight into my life (or lack thereof) is a rare event. I'm not an open type of person, as some can attest. But now, it's time to show who I really am. And more importantly, what I am.
I am an otaku.
An otaku is a fan, a person with an real interest in something. I have many interests, ranging from TV shows to movies to books. There are entire groups of people who like such things, and it becomes a part of their lives. My love of fantasy and fiction spread and brought many things into my life, and as time went by, I would discover new worlds that became a part of mine. Some of these faded into the background as time went by, others remain near the front of my mind. But I never really forgot any of them. And here, on this blog, those of you who read on will get to discover some of those fantasy worlds that I've been exposed to. Worlds that inspired me.
Over the course of several years, I've written plotlines based on some of these worlds - far more than I could ever hope to complete. Some of these plots will become available here, where you can read them and try to write the fanfiction that I could only begin. Just give me credit. "Inspired by a plotline from Anon e Mouse Jr." will do. Of course, maybe I'm just kidding myself, and none of these stories will ever see the light of day. I hope that won't be the case though, that one or more of you will at least try to bring these tales to life.
